Systems Analyst-- BANDC

We are seeking a Senior AI Systems Analyst to join a growing AI Center of Excellence (AI COE) within our Data Enablement organization. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape AI-driven business solutions and work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architecture, and data engineering teams.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements (BRDs/FRDs).
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand business needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Define current state and future state processes and perform gap analysis.
• Collaborate with business, product, architecture, and development teams to support AI use cases and solution delivery.
• Perform data-driven analysis to validate ideas, identify trends, and define KPIs/success metrics.
• Support AI initiatives through requirements, governance, prioritization, and implementation.

• 5–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  , Systems Analyst
  , or Technical Business Analyst
  .
• Strong expertise in:
• Requirements Gathering & Documentation
• BRDs / FRDs / User Stories
• Stakeholder Management
• Current State / Future State Analysis
• Gap Analysis
• Hands-on experience with:
• SQL
• Snowflake and/or Oracle
• Power BI and/or Tableau
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and AI-driven business use cases.
• Experience supporting data-driven initiatives and defining business KPIs.
• Exposure to enterprise data platforms and analytics ecosystems.
