Required Skills:

• 5+ years of IT experience with a focus on server and storage infrastructure
• Strong proficiency with Windows (75% of role) and experience supporting Linux (20‑25%)
• Hands‑on experience with virtualization technologies such as ESXi and OLVM (Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager)
• Knowledge of observability tools like Splunk or Grafana
• Shell scripting and Python proficiency
• Experience with incident management, patching, security compliance, and troubleshooting across OS, hardware, and storage
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams and vendors

Nice to Have

Skills:

• SRE experience or background
• Storage management expertise (SAN/NAS/CAS)
• Familiarity with enterprise-level monitoring, automation, and self‑healing infrastructure practices

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' experience working in infrastructure or systems administration roles
• Experience working within an Agile environment and IT Service Management frameworks
