I'm partnering with a large, stable organization seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead a high-volume AP Vendor Support function. This role will oversee a team of 3 direct and 8 indirect reports, drive service excellence, manage ticket queue operations, and partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and IT
Highlights- $95K-$105K base salary + 401(k) match
- Hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote)
- Day 1 benefits eligibility
- Lead vendor support operations, service metrics, process improvement initiatives, and team development efforts.
- Opportunity to improve customer experience, drive automation, and influence operational strategy within a large shared services environment.
Ideal candidates will bring large-company AP experience, prior leadership experience, ERP knowledge, and a track record of improving processes, controls, and team performance.
