Wide Format Production Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a Wide Format Production Specialist to join our production team and help keep our wide format department running smoothly. This is a hands‑on role for someone who has experience working with wide format printers, cutting vinyl and rigid materials, and finishing jobs from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Loading and unloading materials such as vinyl, banners, and rigid boards (PVC, foam board, coroplast, ACM, etc.)
• Running wide format printers, laminators, and cutting equipment
• Cutting vinyl and hard substrates accurately and efficiently
• Finishing printed jobs (trimming, laminating, mounting, grommets, taping, assembly, etc.)
• Packing and preparing orders for pickup or shipping
• Checking finished work for quality and accuracy
• Keeping the production area clean and organized
• Working with the team to meet production schedules and deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in wide format printing or sign/print production
• Comfortable loading materials and running wide format machines
• Experience cutting vinyl and rigid substrates
• Familiar with finishing processes and production workflows
• Good attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Able to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Reliable, on time, and a team player

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

• Experience with flatbed or roll‑to‑roll printers
• Laminator and plotter cutter experience
• Sign shop or large‑format print shop background
