Manufacturing Operations Material Handler
At Kelly®, we're here to make job searching easier for you. We're seeking a Manufacturing Operations Material Handler for an industrial manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, TX.
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21/hr
Shift: Rotating days and nights (DuPont schedule)
Week 1: 4 night shifts, 3 days off
Week 2: 3 day shifts, 1 day off
Week 3: 3 night shifts, 3 days off
Week 4: 4 day shifts, 7 days off
Out of every 28-day period, you work 14 days and have 14 days off. You work approximately 6 months out of the year. Excellent opportunities to earn additional income through overtime.

What's a typical day as a Manufacturing Operations Material Handler? You'll be:
Reviewing manufacturing work orders and transfer orders to accurately move materials and products within the facility
Performing cycle counts, using manufacturing management systems and ERP software (SAP preferred)
Operating forklifts, cranes, and other production-focused equipment
Running production equipment according to established safety and quality guidelines
Proactively maintaining a clean and organized production area, including inspections and preventive maintenance
Supporting production teams across various departments based on manufacturing needs
Following established protocols, procedures, and safety requirements
Collaborating with team members and management to meet daily production targets
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have at least 1 year of material handling experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (required)
Hold a High School Diploma or GED (required)
Are experienced in operating forklifts, cranes, or similar industrial equipment
Are comfortable with manufacturing workflow and basic safety procedures
Have manufacturing system or ERP experience (SAP preferred)
Are a reliable team player, proactive, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator
