At Kelly®, we're here to make job searching easier for you. We're seeking a Manufacturing Material Handler for an industrial manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, TX.
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21/hr
Shift: Rotating days and nights (DuPont schedule)
Week 1: 4 night shifts, 3 days off
Week 2: 3 day shifts, 1 day off
Week 3: 3 night shifts, 3 days off
Week 4: 4 day shifts, 7 days off
Out of every 28-day period, you work 14 days and have 14 days off. You work approximately 6 months out of the year. Excellent opportunities to earn additional income through overtime.

What's a typical day as a Manufacturing Material Handler? You'll be:
- Reviewing manufacturing work orders and transfer orders to accurately move materials and products within the facility
- Performing cycle counts, using manufacturing management systems and ERP software (SAP preferred)
- Operating forklifts, cranes, and other production-focused equipment
- Running production equipment according to established safety and quality guidelines
- Proactively maintaining a clean and organized production area, including inspections and preventive maintenance
- Supporting production teams across various departments based on manufacturing needs
- Following established protocols, procedures, and safety requirements
- Collaborating with team members and management to meet daily production targets
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have at least 1 year of material handling experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (required)
- Hold a High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Are experienced in operating forklifts, cranes, or similar industrial equipment
- Are comfortable with manufacturing workflow and basic safety procedures
- Have manufacturing system or ERP experience (SAP preferred)
- Are a reliable team player, proactive, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator
