Senior Service Quality Analyst
The Senior Service Quality Analyst operates with a high degree of autonomy to design, execute, and refine complex quality review programs across P&C servicing. This role independently identifies audit needs, develops methodologies, and applies multiple audit techniques to evaluate service accuracy, compliance, and process effectiveness. The Senior Service Quality Analyst analyzes trends, identifies root causes of recurring issues, and delivers actionable insights that drive operational improvement and enhance client experience.
This position collaborates with Service Leadership, Operations, and Compliance to ensure the continuous improvement of quality standards and procedures.
