Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Roanoke, TX. The Salesperson will be responsible for building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. Responsibilities also include providing personalized recommendations to clients, preparing sales presentations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and coordinating with project managers to ensure delivery aligns with client expectations and company standards.
Qualifications- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Experience in sales forecasting, reporting, and achieving targets
- Knowledge of masonry or construction industry is a plus
- Competence in using sales tools and basic computer applications
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in Business or related field is preferred
