Business Development Manager

Position Description

Drive profitable revenue by capturing business generated by research of industry trends and retain current accounts. Will also work with teams to develop and execute sales strategies.

• Manage assigned accounts through customized sales/marketing programs geared toward year over year sales growth while maintaining margin expectations
• Coordinate meetings and develop relationships with key personnel
• Gain a thorough understanding of the organization to develop a successful strategy to grow revenue within the account of Presco’s product offering
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and margin goals
• Conduct business reviews with key customer decision makers to assess opportunities that are unique in each account targeted at merchandising, marketing, operations, and sales growth
• Aggressively pursue new customer business through strategically generating and qualifying lead opportunities
• Skilled in making presentations
• Ability to research independently

• Working Conditions:
  
  Working conditions are high energy and positive for an office environment. Work might require travel to trade shows and large customer accounts, which may include weekends and or evening work.
