Salary: $20-25/hr + Bonus potential

Builder / Installer Custom Outdoor Enclosures
Suncoast Enclosures | Dallas Fort Worth and the surrounding areas

We're looking for a skilled Builder / Lead Installer to help install custom outdoor living spaces, including patio enclosures, louvered roofs, and screen rooms. This is a full-time, year‑round role with steady work and opportunities to take on more responsibility over time.

If you have hands‑on construction or installation experience and enjoy leading work on‑site, this could be a great fit.

• Lead projects, supervise a small crew, and install custom outdoor structures such as patio enclosures, louvered roofs, and screen rooms
• Read and interpret project plans; measure and layout job sites accurately
• Cut, assemble, and install aluminum framing, louvers, retractable screens, and related components
• Perform basic electrical hookups for powered systems (training provided)
• Keep job sites safe, organized, and clean while maintaining tools and company vehicle in good condition
• Communicate with project managers and sales to align on project details
• Update project status, track materials, and coordinate with the warehouse team
• Occasionally assist with local trade shows or product displays
• Represent Suncoast professionally with a customer‑first approach on every job

• 13 years of experience in construction, framing, or exterior installation (or equivalent skills)
• Comfortable leading a small crew
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and clean driving record (required)
• Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and reading measurements
• Comfortable using phone or tablet for basic project updates
• Dependable, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused

• $20-25/hour, based on skill level and experience
• Eligible for builder production bonuses after completing training
• Company truck provided for work use
• Tools provided. Installers who supply their own tools may be eligible for higher pay
