Senior Laundry Tech

Position: Senior Laundry Technician

Location: Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center, Westlake, Texas

Employment Type: Full Time Availability: 1st Shift, weekends and holidays preferred

• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance and repairs of existing laundry equipment.
• Plan, execute upgrades and new installations of laundry equipment.
• Maintain all laundry equipment per manufacturer’s recommendations, including scheduled maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Use maintenance request and preventive maintenance system accurately. Training provided.
• Coach and mentor other technicians to enhance skills.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace, including inventory of tools.
• Work safely using PPE and following safety protocols.
• Assist with maintenance requests for other trades as needed.

• Four years’ experience in laundry equipment repair and maintenance.
• Highly skilled in electrical and mechanical controls.
• Strong ability to utilize all aspects of an electrical multi meter.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematic drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical diagrams.
• Skilled with using tools required in this trade.
• Texas Driver’s License with a good driving record preferred.

$26.00 - $34.00 per hour, based on experience.
