The Painter & Finishes Technician will repair walls, ceilings and other surfaces throughout the property, both inside and out, and perform various work orders for preventive maintenance.

• Pay Rate: $22.20 per hour

• Perform finishes repairs and touch‑ups to various surfaces throughout the hotel and meeting space.
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain logs in an organized manner.
• Identify problems, initiate work orders, accomplish assigned work orders, and complete all necessary repairs.
• Use building management and life‑safety systems correctly (training provided).
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace; maintain inventory of tools.
• Work safely, using PPE and following safety protocols.
• Use the maintenance request system correctly (training provided).
• Assist with maintenance requests for other trades, as needed.

• Interior painting experience required; capable of working independently on paint jobs.
• Ability to properly patch and paint walls, ceilings, doors, trim, etc.
• Preferred ability to repair vinyl, faux, tile surfaces.
• Proficiency with trade tools such as brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Texas driver’s license with a good driving record preferred.

$22.20 per hour.

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
