• Operate sit-down forklift
• Load and unload trailers
• Stack and organize products
• Perform routine equipment checks
• Assisting customers with warehouse orders
• Order management systems proficiency
• Microsoft Outlook and Teams skills
• Professional communication
• Challenging conversation management

Skills and Experience:

• 1-2 years sit-down forklift experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• 2+ years assisting customers with warehouse orders
• Order management systems experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams
• Professional communication skills
• Service-focused mindset
