Software Engineer, DevOps, Cloud Engineer - Software
You will join a team focused on engineering testing solutions for the organization’s product area. You will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software solutions using strong development and test automation skills. You will support best practices to ensure the team builds the right product with quality and reliability, while evaluating and recommending new technologies and collaborating across teams.

Rate: $60.00 to $68.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities- Design and implement robust QA strategies and test frameworks for API and web applications with end-to-end validation.
- Build automation frameworks from scratch and drive test automation across layers, including unit, component, integration, functional, performance, scenario, and interoperability tests.
- Develop, maintain, and improve software solutions with a focus on testability, security, and defect prevention.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and focus on deployment automation and orchestration.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve test coverage, release velocity, and production health.
- Create and maintain pipelines in Jenkins and manage code branches, merges, builds, and versioning.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and implement data seeding strategies for automation.
- Communicate effectively with business partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency with database querying in Oracle, Postgre
SQL, or Dynamo
DB. - Proven ability to create automation frameworks from scratch.
- Hands-on experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.
- Experience with Playwright or Cypress, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Maven, and ETL batch testing.
- Experience with Dev Ops and pipeline practices, including monorepo workflows.
- Experience with source control tools such as Git Hub, Bitbucket (Stash), and Sourcetree.
- Experience architecting automation test platforms for at least 6 years.
- Experience architecting and implementing CI/CD for at least 6 years.
- Knowledge of accessibility features and testing accessible web experiences.
- Knowledge of deployment automation and orchestration practices.
- Experience contributing to application features alongside automated test development.
- Ability to use testing knowledge to influence software design for quality and security.
- Cloud experience with AWS preferred.
- Solid communication skills to partner with business stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field with 10+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience.
- AWS certification preferred.
