Senior BPM Developer

Overview

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior BPM Developer in Westlake, TX. Duties:

• Facilitating process design sessions, analyzing business processes and document current and future state
• Translating business requirements into solutions that meet the customer's needs and internal quality and security standards
• Architecting and developing robust and maintainable BPM implementations
• Driving excellence in software development practices and procedures
• Providing a strong voice in analysis and design meetings
• Establishing trusted relationships within the team and our business partners

• Bachelor's degree
• Camunda BPM or other BPM development experience
• Knowledge of data visualization, reporting and dashboarding tools
• Java, Groovy, JavaScript, REST API, HTML
• CICD Pipeline tools and best practices
• AWS or other Cloud service providers
• Business process improvement or re-engineering
• Liaising with business and technical teams
• Technical leadership and mentoring team members
• Experience with financial services in an operations or technology role is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
