• Proven experience in designing high performance customer facing desktop applications.
• A track record of designing and building sophisticated architecture that supports complex and rich client applications.
• Expert knowledge in client‑side technologies with focus on Microsoft tech stacks. Must have hands‑on expertise with .NET (v9) C# and XAML.
• Experienced with the tools of the trade including a variety of modern programming languages, patterns, and frameworks.
• Experience in leading, defining and implementing application architecture that aligns with best practices and proven standards.
• Well versed in complete development life cycle including CI/CD practices and performance testing and tuning of applications.
• An expert communicator and technical expert, able to effectively communicate technical ideas, lead and drive technical conversations to solutions.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.

Most roles at Fidelity are hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, Monday–Friday) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to remote or fully onsite roles.
