Full Stack Engineer; UI Focused

Our client, a leader in their industry, has an excellent opportunity for a Full Stack Engineer to work on a 12-month+ contract position working in Westlake, TX. This position is hybrid onsite two weeks a month, and candidates must be local to the metro area. This role will be focused on 70% UI and 30% backend development.

Rate: $66.00 - $71.00 w-2

• Accountable for consistent delivery of functional software – sprint to sprint, release to release
• Responsible for QA readiness of software deliverables including end-to-end tests, unit tests, and automation
• Develop original and creative technical solutions to on-going development efforts
• Support moderate-scope projects or major initiatives across engineering
• Troubleshoot and triage issues in production and non-production environments

• Experience with RESTful APIs via Express, Node, Spring Boot or Dropwizard
• Strong AWS experience and certification preferred
• Proficiency in Dev Sec Ops  CI/CD automation pipelines and service virtualization
• Experience with Oracle database and PL/SQL

• Any prior fintech background is a plus

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
