Principal Software Engineer (Golang), Hybrid – Onsite.

W2 only. Must be able to go onsite.

Hybrid onsite in the office Monday through Friday every alternate week. Onsite location:
Westlake, TX.

Final interview is required onsite in Westlake, TX.

1099 or CTC candidates will not be considered.

Platform engineering focusing on Cloud, Golang, and Kubernetes.

• Language:
  Golang and Python - Python is legacy, Golang is modernized language for this team. Boto3 is an important library for Python.
• Java and NodeJS are a plus but not required (focus should be strong Golang with moderate Python).
• AWS: EKS and IAM are the cornerstone for this team. Need strong EKS skills – it is expected that engineers with this skill set will be strong in other core AWS services if they are strong in EKS (S3, RDS, Lambda, EC2, etc).
• Terraform is helpful – team is producer of Terraform modules – those with template modification experience might be a fit, but those proficient in scripting for proprietary infra will be strongest fits.

Estimated Minimum Rate: $65.00

Estimated Maximum Rate: $75.00
