Job Summary

Performing functional and integration testing using Spring testing framework; developing and testing applications with IDEs (Intelli

J, Eclipse, SQL Developer). Experience working with relational DBs (Oracle/DB2) and No

SQL databases (Dynamo

DB). Exposure to CI/CD practices. Consistent track record working in a high-paced team environment. Experience supporting TLM efforts such as platform upgrades, technology refreshes, and system decommissioning. Financial or brokerage industry experience. AWS Developer or Solutions Architect certification preferred.

Contract. Salary: $69–70 per hour.

8 am–5 pm.

• Strong communication skills and experience interacting with geographically complementary teams.
• Contribute to entire development lifecycle from concept to deployment as an agile, cross-functional team member.
• Develop applications using Java, Spring, JPA, Oracle, and JavaScript; deploy large applications to on‑prem, cloud IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments; use AWS services such as S3, Lambda, EKS, ECS, etc.
• Translate business vision into solutions by developing complex software applications and conducting alternative studies.
• Analyze and recommend changes in project development policies, procedures, standards, and strategies to development experts and management.

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a full‑stack software engineer delivering software using agile practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in analyzing, designing, developing, and testing scalable cloud‑based software applications using SOA, Java/J2EE, Spring; building and deploying applications on on‑prem and cloud platforms.
• Experience performing unit testing of Java/J2EE applications according to Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavioral Driven Development (BDD) methodologies, using JUnit/Jest frameworks.
