Are you a forward-thinking technologist ready to make a lasting impact? Join our dynamic team at Fidelity Investments, where the Fidelity Architecture and Engineering team is seeking a Software Engineer for our Engineering Experience team.

• Experience building developer platforms, internal tooling, or marketplaces at enterprise scale

• Experience with IDEs (VS Code or similar) and extension/plugin ecosystems

• Experience with application installation and deployment solutions for Windows/macOS platforms

• Designing secure, high-availability distributed systems and APIs

• Working across organizational boundaries to deliver platform capabilities used by diverse engineering teams

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) along with solid understanding of CI/CD and Dev Ops practices

• Knowledge of designing, developing, and deploying applications following established patterns and best practices

• Experience leveraging Dev Assist tools such as Git Hub Copilot and Gemini Code Assist to optimize development workflows

• Experience working with the open source community

• Cloud Certifications in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes or similar

Fidelity's Onsite Working Model Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
