The Role

As a Sr. QA Engineer you will be partnering with your team to deliver solutions with greater efficiency and higher quality. You will be building a testing approach and automation that increases confidence in delivered software all while ensuring delivery of robust and maintainable BPM implementations. We are looking for someone who can drive excellence in software QA practices and procedures also while providing a strong voice for quality in meetings and establishing trusted relationships within the team and our business partners.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring (The order of these bullets does not matter)

• Bachelor’s degree
• Cypress, Selenium, Karate Framework, Postman, or other automation and webservice automation tools
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, Groovy, SQL
• UI Automation experience using HTML or CSS
• Camunda BPM or other BPM development experience
• QA best practices in test automation
• Objective decision making on story closure and completion of acceptance criteria
• You have a vision of how to approach test automation that is scalable and maintainable
• You have a mindset that helps to identify, isolate, and reproduce defects
• You thrive in a collaborative environment and taking on new challenges
• Your communication with peers and leaders is clear and effective

The Team

As part of the Advanced Process Solutions (APS) division within Fidelity Investments, you will join an agile team of 6-8 skilled and hardworking individuals tasked with building robust and dynamic solutions to improve the customer experience and associate workflow for Fidelity. The team will be focused on design, development, quality assurance and implementation of innovative solutions that significantly improve operational efficiency and enable an exceptional digital experience for Fidelity business units and end users.
