Our client is building the next generation of digital asset and tokenization infrastructure and is seeking a Senior Web3 Engineer to join a growing engineering team focused on blockchain-enabled financial services. This role will help design, build, and scale enterprise-grade blockchain platforms supporting tokenized assets, smart contract integrations, wallet and custody services, transaction orchestration, and distributed ledger technologies. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in blockchain engineering and enjoys solving complex challenges across both public and permissioned blockchain ecosystems.

You will work across technologies including Ethereum, Hyperledger Besu, Canton/Daml, EVM-compatible networks, and emerging tokenization frameworks while helping establish the foundational infrastructure that powers future digital asset initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Web3 Platform Engineering

Design and build reusable platform services supporting tokenization, wallet integration, blockchain connectivity, transaction processing, and digital asset lifecycle management.

Develop backend services that integrate with blockchain nodes, custody platforms, wallets, signing systems, and smart contracts.

Build blockchain abstraction layers capable of supporting multiple blockchain networks and protocols.

Develop solutions supporting Ethereum, EVM-compatible chains, Hyperledger Besu, Canton/Daml, and permissioned blockchain environments.

Implement blockchain connectivity utilizing JSON-RPC, Web Socket subscriptions, event monitoring, transaction tracking, and smart contract interactions.

Build distributed systems capable of supporting high-volume digital asset transactions and enterprise-grade scalability.

Smart Contract & Tokenization Development

Design, develop, review, and integrate smart contracts supporting tokenized asset solutions and programmable workflows.

Work with Solidity and EVM token standards to develop secure and scalable blockchain applications.

Build application layers responsible for transaction creation, ABI encoding/decoding, contract state management, event processing, and transaction simulation.

Establish development standards around smart contract testing, deployment, governance, versioning, and release management.

Support security initiatives including threat modeling, static analysis, fuzz testing, and secure deployment processes.

Wallet, Custody & Transaction Services

Integrate with institutional wallet, custody, signing, and authorization platforms.

Design transaction orchestration services covering validations, approvals, policy enforcement, signing workflows, and transaction monitoring.

Support account and wallet registration, approval workflows, transaction controls, and audit requirements.

Build reliable solutions for transaction tracking, confirmation monitoring, exception handling, and operational support.
