Our client is seeking a Senior AI Developer Technical Lead to help lead a major technical transformation within its broker-dealer systems and core technology infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building large-scale Java applications while establishing AI-assisted engineering practices throughout the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate has extensive experience designing systems from scratch, leading development teams, and modernizing legacy applications into distributed, cloud-based platforms.
This individual will work at the intersection of generative AI, enterprise software engineering, and financial services to develop intelligent, highly available systems that support high-volume transactions.
