Job Summary
Pacific Rail Services is seeking applicants for the Rail Terminal Operator position to join our ever-growing team at the BNSF Alliance, TX Rail Terminal in a recession‑proof industry. Experience is not required and we are hiring immediately for this entry‑level position. Applicants will be employees of Pacific Rail Services, not the Railroad. Candidates must be able to commute from Haslet, TX (within a 45‑minute drive). Out‑of‑area applicants or those requiring relocation will not be considered. Pay – Hourly, with mandatory overtime. In the first year you can expect to make between $70,000 and $85,000 when overtime is factored in.
- Work weekends, 12‑hour shifts.
- Shift times: 4 AM–4 PM, 8 AM–8 PM, 4 PM–4 AM, 8 PM–8 AM.
Medical benefits start after 60 days, other benefits after 90‑day probation. The following benefits are available:
