Inventory Control Clerk

Position Details

• Position:
  Inventory Control Clerk
• Shift: 2nd Shift (5:30 pm – 3:30 am plus overtime)
• Days:
  Sunday – Thursday
• Pay: $20.75 per hour with $1.00 shift premium

• Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying inbound and outbound orders.
• Ensure inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system.
• Maintain inventory records.
• Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
• Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.
• Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
• Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.

• At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Experience with multiple computer systems (e.g., Blue Yonder, SAP).
• Proficiency with warehouse equipment such as an RF scanner.
• Experience in inventory, picking or stocking.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Physical capability to lift, move, and stack material as required.

• Minimum 6 months of forklift experience (electric pallet jack or forklift).
• Experience with RF scanning.
• Inventory experience.
