About the role- This role is onsite at our Roanoke, Texas location
- Hourly Rate
: $19-$20/hr + annual raise program - We have 2 potential shifts

- Thursday, 4am - 2:30pm - Weekend Shift: Friday
- Sunday, 4am - 4:30pm
- Weekday Shift: Monday

As a Shipping and Receiving Associate
, you will support the fulfillment process by executing daily tasks in picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining inventory accuracy through effective receiving and cycle counts. You'll work collaboratively within a high-performing team, meeting established KPIs, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. With attention to quality standards and operational excellence, you'll contribute to on-time deliveries and accurate inventory systems while following established processes and procedures.
This role will report directly to the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor.
- Execute in-house fulfillment processes including picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and on time
- Support the receiving process by checking incoming shipments against purchase orders and properly storing inventory
- Participate in regular cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Follow quality standards as outlined by the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Contribute to team KPIs including on‑time delivery and picking accuracy targets
- Identify and suggest improvements to warehouse processes and organization
- Maintain accurate system data, including inventory levels, bin locations, and lot tracking
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with additional warehouse operations as needed
- 1+ years of warehouse or shipping/receiving experience
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory procedures
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent teamwork skills with ability to collaborate effectively
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to learn and follow established procedures
- Responsible and dependable in meeting daily responsibilities
- Detail-oriented with commitment to quality and accuracy
- Team player who communicates effectively with colleagues
- Self-motivated to complete tasks efficiently
- Adaptable to changing priorities and needs
- Previous experience with warehouse management systems
- Forklift certification or experience
- Experience with Food and Beverage products
