The Staff Management | SMX team in Fort Worth, TX, has immediate openings for 1st & 2nd shift Reach and Cherry Picker Forklift Operators with both Reach and Cherry Picker experience. Associates earn $18/hr (1st Shift) and $19/hr (2nd Shift). This is a temp-to-hire with career advancement and benefits. Advance your career with an amazing company!
Schedule:
Monday - Friday (Saturdays if scheduled), 8-12 hours with overtime available.
1st Shift: 6 am - 6 pm
2nd Shift: 4 pm - 4 am

Duties:
- Operating Reach Forklifts and Cherry Pickers to support daily warehouse operations
- Safely loading, unloading, and organizing products in designated storage areas
- Maintaining accuracy while handling inventory to support efficient warehouse flow
- Following all safety protocols and contributing to a clean, safe, and productive work environment
- Reach forklift & cherry picker experience required
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English; follow safety instructions
- Lift up to 60 lbs
- Must be able to stand, bend, and twist up to 12 hours
- Work in a non-climate-controlled facility
