Lumper / Warehouse Unloader – Production Pay
Full‑time 2nd shift (1 PM–9 PM) in Northlake, TX. Production‑based pay with weekly earnings of $600–$900+. Physically demanding manual labor unloading freight trailers by hand in teams.
Responsibilities- Hand unload freight trailers safely and efficiently
- Sort and organize freight inside the warehouse
- Work in a team production environment
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and safety standards
- Perform repetitive lifting, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work long shifts on your feet
- Warehouse or lumping experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Production-based pay earned based on performance/output
- Opportunity to earn strong weekly earnings for hard workers
