The Warehouse Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.

• Associate’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Experience with warehouse management software and technology.
• Certification in safety management or OSHA standards.

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
• Lead and mentor warehouse staff, providing training and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
