Full Time Staff Accountant to join our Friendship team, located on Hershberger Road.

• Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position is not remote.
• Prepare Journal Entries and Maintain General Ledger
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis - review accounts and prepare
• Perform monthly variance to budget analysis
• Assist with month-end close process including producing various analysis reports as assigned
• Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and completeness
• Reconcile monthly bank statements
• Prepare monthly Sales Tax Returns
• Assist with development of operational budget

• Must have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Knowledge of accounting software, GAAP principals and General Ledgers
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting preferred
