Your new role
- Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
- Perform month-end closing and prepare supporting schedules
- Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and analysis
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, payments, and journal entries
- Assist in ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks assigned by management
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
- Solid knowledge of full set accounting and month-end closing
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with high integrity.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
