Berglund Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Roanoke, VA is seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Receptionist-Service Scheduler to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service while efficiently managing appointment scheduling and front desk operations to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our clients.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them promptly in person or by phone.
• Schedule and confirm vehicle service appointments accurately.
• Maintain organized service schedules to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in automotive service scheduling or reception preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with computer systems and scheduling software.
  
  Ability to multitask and maintain excellent organizational skills.
