Our client is seeking a Document Processing Specialist for a temporary onsite assignment. This role focuses on preparing, scanning, indexing, and quality‑checking paper documents to convert them into secure electronic records. Accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency are essential in this production‑based environment.

• Prepare documents for scanning.
• Scan and index records using high-speed scanners and company software.
• Meet established productivity and accuracy standards.
• Maintain an organized workstation and report equipment or workflow issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
