Job Overview

Administrative Coordinator – Emergency Medicine/Velocity Care (Requisition #R160542). Employment status:
Full time. Shift: Day. Primary location: 1 Riverside Cir, Roanoke, VA. This full‑time position is primarily onsite at Riverside 1, with occasional work at the Daleville Velocity Care location and other Velocity Care sites.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative, scheduling, and customer‑service support to leadership and department staff.
  • Serve as a resource for staff by answering questions and resolving concerns.
  • Coordinate payroll processes and maintain time and attendance records.
  • Support licensure tracking and regulatory compliance activities as applicable.
  • Maintain databases, files, and department records.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and scheduling logistics.
  • Provide technical and clerical support, including report preparation and document management.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, presentations, and reports.
  • Collaborate with team members on projects and data‑related activities.
  • Compose correspondence and prepare reports, agendas, and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Deliver excellent customer service in a dynamic work environment.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and effective communication in all interactions.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Associate degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in data collection, analysis, or advanced administrative support.
  • Licensure/Certification:
    Not required.
  • Life Support:
    Not required.
  • Other

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications; strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills; ability to handle confidential information and work in a fast‑paced environment.
