Order Fulfillment Warehouse Clerk - 1st Shift
This role is an Onsite Role: requires full-time presence at our Roanoke, VA office.
OverviewThe warehouse clerk is responsible for working closely with Employees, Supervisors, Managers, and Directors to verify and accurately track warehouse records. This position will also run and maintain Budget Tracking reports, unshipped reports, small package report, job aids, NURFS, charts, records, special projects, data compilation, records control, processes, and duties that entail sensitive and confidential nature.
Responsibilities- Maintain several daily reports:
Daily Audit Results, Picking Results for 1st & 2nd shifts, Daily staffing for EA and Temps, Daily Temp Budget Tracking Reports for departments 357 & 360, Maintain 5S & recognition boards, Unshipped report (up to 3 times a day), and pushing orders as needed. - Maintain weekly and monthly reports for all distribution departments and other various reports as they are developed. Budget Tracker for Departments 357 & 360.
- Keep organized and neat filing system. Take notes in meetings when requested and complete SOX testing, SOPs, and NURFs as needed.
- Create presentations for special meetings for Managers and Director of Logistics.
- Perform all other duties assigned by supervision.
- Support the 5S Lean Program.
- Flexible to cross‑train and support all areas within the warehouse.
- 1st Shift schedule:
Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:30pm.
- Education:
High School diploma or secondary GED minimum. - Experience:
1+ years of progressive administrative experience required. - Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written.
- Ability to gather, manipulate, analyze, and use data in a meaningful manner.
- Ability to handle confidential information and be a team player.

Base pay range: $18.00/hr (may vary based on skills, experience, and location). Certain positions may also be eligible for short‑term incentives.
