At Real Life Dental Group, we believe the energy behind the front desk sets the tone for the entire patient experience. We’re looking for a high-performing, team-first Patient Coordinator who thrives in a collaborative environment, loves supporting others, and wants to be part of a culture where accountability, positivity, and excellence matter.

This role is more than answering phones and scheduling appointments — it’s about helping build a workplace where teammates support one another, patients feel genuinely cared for, and excellence becomes the standard.

Who We Are We are a culture-driven dental organization built around five core values:
Fanatical Patient Service

We create wow experiences through care, connection, and consistency.

Obsessive Commitment to Excellence

We hold ourselves and each other to a high standard because our patients deserve our best.

We communicate honestly, respectfully, and directly to help each other grow.

We embrace innovation, initiative, and fresh ideas that improve the patient and team experience.

We bring positive energy daily because culture is built by the people in the room.

What Makes This Role Different

We are intentionally building a team of people who:

  • Encourage and elevate one another
  • Take ownership instead of making excuses
  • Celebrate wins together
  • Communicate openly and professionally
  • Step in wherever needed to support the team
  • Value accountability, growth, and consistency
  • Believe culture is everyone’s responsibility

If you want to work somewhere where teamwork is real — not just a buzzword — you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

As the face of our practice, you’ll help create an exceptional experience for both patients and teammates.

Responsibilities include:
  • Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
  • Verifying insurance benefits for clinical appointments
  • Greeting and checking patients in and out with professionalism and warmth
  • Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements
  • Collecting payments and managing patient balances
  • Maintaining productive doctor and hygiene schedules
  • Filing insurance pre-determinations
  • Managing accounts receivable, billing statements, and collections
  • Supporting daily office flow and team communication
  • Contributing to a positive, high-performing team culture through accountability, encouragement, and collaboration
What We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Thrive in a team-oriented environment
  • Bring positive energy and professionalism every day
  • Are dependable, coachable, and solution-focused
  • Communicate confidently and respectfully
  • Love helping people and creating meaningful experiences
  • Take pride in supporting both patients and teammates
  • Want to grow personally and professionally alongside a strong team
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of front office experience preferred (dental experience strongly preferred)
  • Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • A genuinely supportive and growth-focused culture
  • Leadership that values teamwork and development
  • A team that works hard, communicates openly, and has fun together
  • Opportunity to make a real impact in patients’ lives
  • Competitive compensation and professional growth opportunities
Ready to Join a Team That Has Each Others Back?

If you’re passionate about people, teamwork, and creating exceptional experiences, we’d love to meet you.

Apply today and become part of something bigger than a job — become part of a culture.
