Overview
Terra Energy and Terra Volt are part of the Terra Innovations ecosystem and operate at the intersection of land, infrastructure, and grid reliability. As the business continues to grow, we are seeking a Project Coordinator / Analyst to support day-to-day operational, project, and reporting needs across the division.
This is a role designed for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and interested in growing into a broader operations, project management, or analytical role over time. The position will provide direct exposure to project coordination, reporting, vendor communication, expense tracking, and business operations within a fast‑moving and growing environment.
This role is best suited for someone who can keep moving pieces organized, follow through consistently, work comfortably in spreadsheets and reporting files, and support leadership with strong execution and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Support day‑to‑day coordination of internal projects, action items, deadlines, and follow‑up items across Terra Energy and Terra Volt.
- Maintain project trackers, status updates, and organized records to help leadership maintain visibility across priorities.
- Assist in preparing recurring reports, summaries, spreadsheets, and supporting materials for internal review.
- Help coordinate with internal team members, vendors, and external partners to ensure timely follow‑through on project‑related items.
- Support bill pay coordination, including invoice tracking, documentation, and payment follow‑up.
- Track office and project‑related expenses and maintain supporting documentation for internal reporting.
- Assist with budget trackers, expense summaries, and basic reporting support.
- Maintain organized project files, vendor records, and administrative documentation.
- Help organize meetings, capture notes, track next steps, and follow up on open items.
- Provide general operational, administrative, and analytical support to help the division run efficiently and with strong execution discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, operations support, finance support, or a related role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
- Comfort working in Excel, trackers, and spreadsheets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain follow‑through in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Experience with Quick Books or similar systems is a plus but not required.
- Analytical mindset with willingness to support reporting, tracking, and process improvement. Interest in growing into a broader project, operations, or analyst role over time.
This role is intended to serve as an entry point into a larger operational and project support capacity within Terra Energy / Terra Volt. For the right candidate, the position can expand over time into broader ownership of project tracking, reporting, vendor coordination, operational support, and analytical responsibilities.
Work ScheduleMonday through Friday Day shift No nights
Location Requirement- Must live within commuting distance of Roanoke, Virginia, or be willing to relocate before starting.
