Priority Honda Roanoke, proudly part of the Lithia & Driveway family, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Parts Counter Person to keep our busy dealership running smoothly. If you enjoy problem-solving, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced automotive environment, this is the opportunity for you!

• Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries and orders
• Accurately source, locate, and distribute automotive parts
• Maintain and organize inventory
• Deliver outstanding customer service both in person and by phone
• Collaborate with the service team to keep repairs on track

• Prior automotive or parts experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
