Program Support Specialist

Tier Tech International, Inc. (TTI) is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with world-class, professional, and dedicated program and project leaders with decades of real-world emergency preparedness and response, exercise and training, policy, and operational experience, supporting most U.S. Government response organizations. Our program operations, planners, and experts provide the complete life cycle of requirements determination, capability-based assessments, CWMD planning, programming, COOP, and execution of recommendations for closing operational gaps.

We innovatively train Federal, State, and local responders from the classroom, field, or with computer-based training programs. Our executive staff and field operations teams include senior policymakers, analysts, nationally recognized CWMD and exercise experts, and professional counter terrorism/special operations personnel. TTI was established in 2003 and has locations around the globe.

• Analyze and interpret training and program data to support leadership decision-making.
• Collect, validate, and manage data from multiple sources.
• Develop reports, dashboards, metrics, and trend analyses.
• Conduct statistical analysis and identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities.
• Support certification and accreditation compliance through accurate documentation.
• Evaluate quality reviews, process audits, and instructor/customer feedback.
• Create actionable recommendations to improve program performance.
• Maintain databases, records, and data standards.

• A detail-oriented analyst who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insights that improve training programs and organizational performance

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables),
  Power BI
  , Tableau
  , and Python .
• Ability to build queries, analyze large datasets, and develop meaningful reports.
• Experience identifying trends, conducting research, and presenting findings.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven workplace.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience
• 3 - 5 years' Data Analysis experience

The pay range for this role is:

75,000 - 85,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
