Business Analyst

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with clients to define and document project requirements, especially around health and welfare benefits.
• Support benefit administration systems, data conversions, and testing efforts to ensure seamless platform migrations.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and validate new product capabilities within client projects.
• Develop training and reference materials to enhance participant experience and team knowledge.
• Lead testing activities, including test case development, data analysis, and defect management, ensuring delivery excellence.
• Stay up-to-date on healthcare legislative changes and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Health & Welfare benefits processing and implementation.
• Proven expertise in user acceptance testing (UAT) and platform migrations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage workload independently and adapt to agile environments.
• Knowledge of benefits administration systems, regulations, and legislative requirements.

• Prior experience in client implementations and platform migrations.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Ability to adhere to a return-to-office schedule.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields.
• 3+ years professional experience in benefits testing, implementation, or related roles.
