Job Summary

The EE & Consumer Programs Compliance Coordinator supports Energy Efficiency & Consumer Programs budgeting, regulatory compliance and data analytics through the budgeting process, projections, variance reports, evaluation, measurement and validating programs, and cost effectiveness testing, and other standard or ad-hoc reporting and analysis. Assists with oversight of all Energy Efficiency and Consumer Programs for regulatory compliance with all state and federal rules and annual filings.

Provides support for related program design planning, budgeting and variance reporting. Provide analytical support of programs including accounting models, data analysis and modeling, statistical models, query of company data systems, and calculating programs cost effectiveness testing.

Job Description

What You’ll Do:
  • Help complete monthly/annual reports for state compliance and regulatory filings.
  • Prepares monthly/quarterly variance reports, provide analysis, and supports program coordinators in ensuring integrity of data to meet program targets and regulatory rules.
  • Support the accounting closing process related to program invoices.
  • Helps ensure energy efficiency portfolio standards are supported and complies with industry, commission and corporate requirements.
  • Support collaboration with external stakeholders to promote and support energy efficiency and demand response portfolio interests.
  • Coordinate with corporate Procurement department to develop and deploy request for proposal (RFP) with Program Coordinators.
  • Assists in the development and improvement of standardized processes and models surrounding budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and improvement requisitions.
  • Design and implement data visualization dashboards to track energy savings and present actionable recommendations.
  • Provides assistance with regulatory proceedings related to financial matters and evaluation, measurement and validation of programs performance including information for data requests, developing revenue requirements, cost effectiveness tests, special studies for Commissions, etc.
  • Helps oversee portfolio and measure level benefit-cost analysis process.
  • Support and maintain competencies of technical reference manual (TRM).
What We’re Looking For:

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, math, engineering, data science or related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
Work Experience
  • Four (4) years of relevant experience in the utility industry with exhibited technical competence.

Compensation Grade: SP20-006 Compensation Range: $74,551.00 - $93,188.50
