Job Overview

FACT Construction LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Form Foreman to lead our concrete crews on complex commercial and industrial construction projects. This position will be responsible for supervising crews of 5 or more, overseeing all aspects of formwork, layout, and structural setup. From interpreting blueprints and rebar shop drawings to coordinating across trades and operating machinery, this role requires a versatile, organized leader with a passion for precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a concrete forming crew of 5+ workers on commercial and industrial job sites
  • Read and interpret blueprints, rebar shop drawings, and formwork shop drawings
  • Perform layout and ensure precise implementation of construction plans
  • Set up and use theodolites and other layout tools accurately
  • Operate construction equipment including skid steers and all‑terrain reach forklifts
  • Ensure proper installation of formwork, including footings, walls, and slabs
  • Coordinate with other trades and site supervisors for seamless project execution
  • Maintain safety standards and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations
  • Communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus) and document work accurately
  • Manage materials, crew productivity, and schedule adherence
  • Lead by example and ensure a high standard of craftsmanship and work ethic
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of concrete forming or carpentry experience
  • At least 6 years of leadership experience as a Foreman supervising crews of 5+
  • Strong blueprint and construction drawing literacy
  • Equipment operation experience (skid steer, forklift, etc.)
  • Knowledge of layout and surveying tools such as a theodolite
  • Fluent in English;
    Spanish communication skills are a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual skills are a plus (English/Spanish preferred)
  • CPR/First Aid certified
  • OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certified
  • Forklift, Fall Protection, and Scaffolding certifications preferred

Schedule

Full‑Time

Monday–Friday, with weekend and overtime availability depending on project needs

Work Location

Remote field‑based role on job sites across assigned project regions. Travel required.
