Staunton or Roanoke.
- Proven Experience: VDOT inspection experience, including knowledge of roadway, structure, and bridge construction.
- Certification Savvy: VDOT certifications in soil and aggregate, asphalt, concrete, pavement marking, and more.
- Strong Work Ethic: A dedication to quality, safety, and timely project completion.
Certifications:
- VDOT Soil and Aggregate Field Compaction
- VDOT Asphalt Field Level I & II
- VDOT Hydraulic Cement Concrete Field (ACI Concrete Field Tech Grade I)
- VDOT Pavement Marking
- VDOT ESCCC or DEQ Erosion and Sediment Control Inspector
- VDOT Nuclear Gauge Safety Training
- VDOT Guardrail, Surface Treatment
- VDOT Intermediate Work Zone Safety Training
- OSHA 10‑Hour Construction
- Oversee Major Projects: Be on the front lines of critical infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Enforce Standards: Maintain rigorous adherence to VDOT standards and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with Experts: Work alongside experienced engineers, contractors, and agency personnel.
