Adams-Construction-Company is seeking an Equipment Operator to join the paving crew. The role involves operating heavy machinery such as asphalt pavers and rollers, to excavate, move, and grade earth, or apply asphalt to roadways and other surfaces.
You will coordinate with dump truck drivers, foremen, and other operators, perform routine maintenance, ensure material flow and compaction meet specifications, and work extended hours in demanding environments. CDL preferred.
