About the Role
Our client is looking for a creative and technically proficient Sound Designer to enhance their multimedia productions in East London . You will be responsible for creating and manipulating sound to achieve artistic or technical goals, including dialogue editing, ADR, sound effects creation, Foley recording, and final mix. This role requires a deep understanding of audio principles, acoustics, and various sound recording and mixing techniques.
You will collaborate closely with directors, editors, and animators to craft immersive audio experiences that elevate the viewer's engagement with films, games, and other digital content. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your sonic artistry to diverse and exciting projects.
- Design, record, and edit sound effects, Foley, and atmospheric elements for multimedia projects.
- Mix dialogue, music, and sound effects to create a cohesive and balanced final soundtrack.
- Operate professional audio recording equipment and software for on-site and studio recordings.
- Collaborate with video editors and directors to ensure sound design meets the creative vision of the project.
- Implement adaptive audio solutions for interactive media where applicable.
- Maintain and organize sound libraries and project assets.
- Proven experience as a Sound Designer or Sound Editor in multimedia production.
- Proficiency with Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Ableton Live.
- Strong understanding of acoustics, signal flow, and mixing techniques.
- Experience with sound effects libraries and Foley recording.
- Ability to work creatively under tight deadlines and adapt to project needs.
