How You’ll Help Transform Healthcare

The Front Desk Attendant registers members and guests as they enter the facility, enforces policies and procedures of the facility and knows current events and promotions of the facility.

Responsibilities
  • To register members and guests as they enter the facility.
  • To enforce the policies and procedures of the facility.
  • To know current events and promotions of the facility.
  • Receiving and accounting for all cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
  • Explaining and promoting all services to potential members.
  • Promoting all club activities and programs to members.
  • Registering members and guests as they enter the club.
  • Maintenance and housekeeping duties as assigned by Supervisor.
  • Make membership cards; take pictures.
  • Operate cash register in Point-of-Sale accurately.
  • Answer the telephone promptly and take proper messages.
  • Work scheduled shifts and find own replacement if unable to work.
  • Orienting members to equipment as needed.
  • Enforcing program policies and procedures.
  • Reporting equipment problems or malfunctions to Supervisor.
  • Register members and guests as they enter the club; enforce the policies and procedures of the RAC/BAC; knowledgeable about current events and promotions of the club.
  • Explains and promotes all club facilities and services to potential members.
  • Promotes all club activities and programs to members.
  • Registers members and guests as they enter the club.
  • Takes membership pictures.
  • Operates the cash register.
  • Receives and accounts for all cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
  • Answers the telephone promptly and courteously, takes proper messages.
  • Makes coffee and puts juice out when applicable for the members.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Minimum 2 years of high school education. Work permit required if under 18 years of age.
  • Experience:

    None
  • Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: AHA BLS-HCP certification may be required. Must be at least 16 years of age.
