Carilion Clinic, the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, and the Department of Medicine, Section of Dermatology & Mohs Surgery are seeking a Dermatologist / Mohs Surgeon to join an established, collaborative academic dermatology team in Roanoke, Virginia.

As part of Carilion Clinic and Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, you will have the platform to grow as a clinician, educator, mentor, researcher, and academic leader. The position is designed for a physician who values surgical excellence while also wanting to maintain breadth through general dermatology.
You will join a team of 14 physicians and advanced practice providers in a multisite academic practice that provides comprehensive dermatologic, cosmetic, micrographic surgery, and dermatologic oncology care to a catchment area of more than 1 million people.

- Virginia Tech Carilion Dermatology Residency welcomes two residents each year, has maintained a 100% board pass rate since its inception, and features a robust dermatopathology curriculum. You will have the opportunity to work closely with motivated residents in a strong academic learning environment.
Research opportunities are available through the Fralin Biomedical Research Institute, the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, and VTCSOM medical students, who complete a four-year longitudinal research requirement.
