Blue Raven Solar is seeking an experienced Solar Crew Lead to oversee installation teams of 2-4 in Roanoke, VA. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of solar systems while coordinating with fleet and customers.
As a trusted team lead, you will mentor crew members, uphold OSHA standards, and deliver outstanding service at each home installation, with occasional travel and after-hours work as needed.
