Western Virginia Water Authority is hiring a Water Operator Trainee to perform routine operations and maintenance of water treatment equipment. This role includes operating a SCADA system, conducting water quality tests, and assisting in lab work.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, effective communication skills, and a good work ethic. The position requires working varied shifts and being subject to twenty-four hour call. A valid Virginia driver’s license is required.
