As the Automotive Controller, youll be at the financial helm of our dealership operations, overseeing all accounting functions and driving key financial strategies. This is a high-impact leadership role where youll work closely with senior management to ensure profitability, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting
:
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in line with dealership and manufacturer standards.

Strategic Financial Planning
:
Collaborate with management to drive ROI, profitability, and financial performance.

Expense Oversight
:
Analyze costs, identify savings opportunities, and coach staff on cost management practices.

Accounting Operations
:
Ensure accurate recording of all transactions (sales, purchases, etc.) per GAAP standards.

Tax Compliance
:
Oversee timely, accurate tax filings and payments.

Cash Management
:
Develop robust cash management strategies to maximize liquidity and minimize risk.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).

Solid grasp of GAAP, financial regulations, and dealership accounting best practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (CDK experience highly desirable).

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
